The Location

Fridaythorpe is situated within the heart of the Wolds, approximatley midway between the market towns of Malton, Driffield and Market Weighton, with the City of York also lying within easy access. For more local facilities there is also lying within easy access. For more local facilities there is also the market town of pocklington and Stamford Bridge village. Fridaythorpe itslef is a pretty Wolds village set amongst open countryside.

From York, proceed out along the Hull Road to the junction with the A64 and the A1079, proceeding out along the A166 Stamford Bridge road. Continue  through Stamford Bridge, past the turning to Bishop Wilton and follow the road up Garrowby Hill to Fridaythorpe. Take the first left hand turning into Back Street, the development can be seen past the village pond on the left hand side overlooking the village green.
