Mere Grange is constructed using the latest timber frame technologies with traditional brickwork to the external façade.
Insulation will be provided to meet the latest NHBC & Building thermal regulations.
A choice of fireplace will be provided from a selected range with a class one flue system fitted for solid fuel. HEATING An individually designed oil fired central heating and hot water system will be provided. The system will be designed to exceed the NHBC standards.

The paths and rear patio areas will be finished with natural stone flagstones. The front gardens will be landscaped and turfed, rear gardens will be turfed. An external water tap will be provided. The garages will have pre-finished painted doors.
Nixon Homes wish to offer all their purchasers the opportunity to select their choice of kitchen units and worktop, wall and floor tiles, fireplace and emulsion colours for the property, however for each site under construction a building programme is drawn up which must be adhered to in order that no delays are caused to completion dates.
